This is a real value with all of the amenities of the area and of River Island Ranch. Owners are now reserving the cabins by the week and the only cost is the $50 cleaning fee. There are two cabins now but the island is zoned for six. There is no time requirement to build and the taxes are very low due to the agricultural status of the entire ranch.
